Happy Photography!

Hello and welcome to At Nature’s Door Photography. My name is Nadine Llanas, I am very passionate about nature and love the beauty that surrounds us. When I was 7 years old, I remember that the only thing that made me happy was to pick up a pencil and some crayons and to start drawing. I tried to draw anything that I thought was beautiful, the ocean, the fish, the mountains, it was my escape. I loved the outdoors, and I was never the kid to stay at home and watch TV. I remember my sisters getting mad at me because I was always the one to turn off the TV and ask them to go outside and play with me. There was always a new adventure in my mind.

I was the first one to wake up to watch the sunrise and couldn’t wait to come home so that I could put a drawing together of how beautiful that feeling was. I wanted to capture and keep the colors that I saw in head until I came home and began drawing the beauty in which I saw. I then continued to draw and paint without any professional art classes up until I was an adult. It was then that I discovered photography, and I was so happy to know that I could capture those beautiful moments in a digital camera and share them with all my loved ones.
